Introduction

This translation into Cree of the Order of the Holy Communion from the Canadian Book of Common Prayer (1962) was prepared by the Reverend Ahab Spence (July 1, 1911-April 5, 2001) and the Venerable Raymond B. Horsefield (dates unknown).

David Griffiths does not list this translation or any other Cree translations of the 1962 Book of Common Prayer in his Bibliography of the Book of Common Prayer 1549-1999 (London: The British Library; New Castle, Delaware: Oak Knoll Press, 2002).
